MMA Mom
Hey! I would really love some ladies to help encourage each other. I'm a mom of 3 daughters. My oldest is 14, middle is 12 and the baby is 3. My middle daughter trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and its pretty much all consuming!
She home schools so she can train more, and I'm pretty much her bitch Laughing Bad Grin 24/7
I take her to training 2x a day, sports PT 2x a week, make sure she gets her work and reading done... Ooh, and I still have 2 other daughters, and a house, and a husband and a dog to tend to! Ooh, and then theres ME - Gotta take care of myself too, right?
So thats what I'm doing. Taking care of myself. I'm no longer going to let my depression control me - I'm in control of this roller coaster!

So thats it... If you want to be my friend... I can guarentee you that it will be entertaining at the least!

Caloric intake question...
So I'm just starting out, and FS is telling me I should be eating 2300 calories a day - To lose weight?? Can that even be close to right?? My weight is 264 right now and I am exercising.
