Need Advice for Evening Hunger
Thank you for all of the tips. This thread made me realize I need to plan my food better. I've gained a lot of wait since I had my twins. I spend a lot of time planning their food but no time planning my own. Thanks to all of you for your inspiration. I'm making my shopping list & menu for the next two weeks & will include a lot of healthy snacks. I'll also stop feeling guilty about late night snacking - just so long as I'm not over eating.

introducing.....someone who has had enough of fatness and being tired and crabby
jhart2773 sounds like me. I no longer get my age correct. I can't believe I'm 36 and 60 lbs overweight. I'm starting my diet again & I will get there. The biggest challenge is night time eating. I'm trying to find other things to do besides sitting on the couch and watching TV. So, I will be organizing the entire house... Hopefully this will keep me from snacking and it will lower my stress level.

feeling good
I try to store cereal in little baggies to equal the serving size. Also, rice cakes, veggies, nuts, granola bars.
i'm looking for night time snacking ideas if anyone has anything different. I'm so bored with food choices.

Suggestions for high protein snacks
I know what you mean - I get very tired of granola bars and popcorn. Once in a while I like to have low fat cottage cheese with veggies. You have to have at fridge at work to store it.
