Anybody out there on Blood Type Diet?
I have tried Atkins lost the weight then gained it again but I found it very restrictive. I have now decided to start the Blood type diet which as O Type is a high protein low carb and dairy diet. Although you have avoid foods, it seems more flexible so lets see. Is there any one out there that follows this diet?

low calorie drinks
My tipple is Vodka and lemon or orange zero, of course cola if you prefer. Now carbs at all and apprx 90 cals a bar measure, wines are high in carbs if you are doing Atkins.

I need an atkineer friend to help me get thru this x
Hi my name is Julie and have been on Atkins now for nine weeks up to this point have lost 12lbs am due to weigh this week, as well as using fatsecret I also use the Atkins Web www.Atkins.com they have a forum that is very supportive and answer a lot of questions, Stalling being one of the most common, their is certainly a system to this diet and just reducing your carb intake is not enough I have found for myself that the amount of veggies and water plays a large part, are you still on induction? how much do you need to lose? I have noticed from the forum that the lighter and less weight you need to lose the more patience you will need good luck you will get their.

Is Atkins healthy?
I have been on Atkins for nine weeks and have now moved from Induction to OWL I agree it is not for everyone I have for many years suffered from IBS and have found by doing Atkins, recognized the foods that have triggered the problems related to my IBS and by excluding certain foods from my diet, I do not have any of the symptoms anymore. I train at the Gym five times a week three of the days doing two classes back to back (Spinning and Body Pump) so I think the question relating to energy speaks for itself. Needless to say I am an Atkins fan however the Atkins way is a life decision and any life change can be difficult.
