I am a mom of two boys that keep me very busy. I am working on maintaining the weight I lost almost a year and a half ago. It was ok for the first year, but once I stopped tracking everything it was easy to cheat through football season and then the holidays. Next thing I knew I had put back on about 15 pounds! I am getting back on track and hopefully I will make myself more accountable from here forward. Wish me luck!

just getting started...need help
I may not have been doing it correctly on this website (someone please let me know if I'm missing something), but I can only add it if I know all the nutritional data. If you go to sparkpeople.com they have a recipe builder where you enter the ingredients and then how many servings all of that makes. It will then give you the nutritional data per serving. I then copy that into the meal I create on this site. Hope this helps!

At what point do you "officially" consider yourself in a certain size?
Go with the size that you buy the majority of your jeans. The jeans in my closet range from a 2 to a 10P. I think the 2 was a fluke (had to buy them just b/c of the number) and the 10P are really a bit big (but still wearable). The size that will fit me the most is a 6P, so I go with that.

Clothes!
@MimiMuffin Loved the video! I'm still too scared to get rid of all my clothes, so they are in rubber maid containers at the top of the closet. My husband didn't mind me buying clothes in a smaller size, but if I ever have to go up again he may not love it so much! Smile
