Saying no to treats!
I'm finding it really hard to keep on track with my diet/weight loss. I'm in college and live with one other girl who is also in my class so we spend a lot of time together. The problem is she has a perfect body...abs of steel but she eats a lot of chocolate! So when she eats I feel the need to eat it with is very hard to say no. Especially as we normally make food and eat together. Help!
