I am a proud Grandma, I work in a medical field, and have an awsome guy. I live in South Florida,about 20 min. from the beach. I hate housework, rude people and stupid televison. I enjoy reading, my pets, and good movies. I belong to TOPS and they are the reason I don't weigh 500 lbs. I am motivated to lose weight so that I will be healthy and get off some meds. If you need a pal I can be a good one.

Water- how much?
I know water is a must, how much? I have 150 lbs to lose and and I've been told I need more than the standard 8 glasses, but what is the formula?
