Good luck! I started a couple days ago, and I feel it so helpful doing all the different challenges and posting my weight so I feel like I have to continue it. All around it helps motivate me. I have really been able to view what I eat everyday and see that I am eating way too much. I thought it was just the exercise that I needed to work on, but it is definitely the food. Good job with your success so far, hope it continues.
