I've decided it's time to do something about my weight and health in general.
As of Jan 29th 2015.
After having a heart attack a few years back at the age of 47, I became sedentary and ate all sorts of rubbish. Lots of Coca Cola, potato chips, cheese and biscuits. I'm sure you get the picture. When I had my heart attack I was 87kg. Around 4kg over an ideal weight for me. I am now 101kg! It's time to get healthy again or drop dead! Death doesn't sound that appealing, so healthy wins. I just hope I can stick to the plan. Good luck to all others here who are committing themselves to a healthy change. :)

Fast forward to 2019...
105kg! I finally managed to kick the smoking habit back in November 2018. I seem to have put on a kilo a week since that time. Well 10 kilos. I am now pre diabetes so MUST bring this mongrel weight under control.
