Sugar
Great Question, made me look it up as it is interesting to know. You should be able to go into the Reports -> Nutrients tab and there you do see your Sugar consumption. You can also click that little "Goal" icon in the upper right hand corner where you can set a target for your sugar intake.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Daily just after waking up. That time of day my weight is lowest hahaha.
