Trying to follow the daily challenge. I never get all the water in. Keeping calories and carbs low and it has me going in the right direction.

Fasted most of the day and weighed this morning and had gained half a pound. Well under 1000 calories. Looking for sympathy here! LOL

Okay, 2022 was not my best year! I went to Texas and gained 5 pounds and never lost it all, and now I've picked up 5 more over Christmas. Time to get serious! Hubby got a great report at his 2 week post surgery checkup plus the incision has finally stopped draining. My Mom got transferred to the rehab facility that we wanted after a fight with the insurance. She is making progress, but has a long way to go. My sister got transferred to a rehab facility as well up here close to home. She has a longer road than my Mom I'm afraid. Our grandson stayed for several days after Christmas and we sure enjoyed having him here. He will be 20 in a couple of weeks and I'm not sure how that even happened!!
