Started low carb/intermittent fasting, with long walks (4-5 miles daily, weather permitting). Only eat between 12:30 and 5:30 each day. I was 177 lbs in January = obese for 5’1”. I’ve dropped 10 lbs so far. Like to be 130 lbs in June so I can GO IN the ocean without anxiety. I am 52. If not NOW, when?
