I'm getting so incredibly frustrated. Over the last 4 weeks I've been working out hardcore and eating very healthy and controlling my portions. Except for maybe one day a week where I have a drink with friends, I'm doing amazingly well. I even cut out all caffiene and am drinking my 8 glasses of water. The problem, I will go down a pound, then gain a pound, then down a pound and then gain a pound. I feel like I'm not going anywhere. This week I increased my workout and still the same problem. (Added on a bike ride in the morning, 5 miles and jogging at night 2 miles). I haven't seen much difference in my measurements either. I'm seriously hoping that I will start seeing some change soon! Anyone out there is fatsecret land have any sort of advice?
