I'm a 53 married mother of two adult children. I used Fat Secret to get to my goal weight in 2014, then life and an injury that made me hang up my running shoes. In February 2020, I watched the video "Food Choice". I have been eating a mostly plant based diet since than. I really do approach it like a practice and just keep trying to do the best that I can all the time. Sometimes I make bad choices, I own it and than try to do better the next time. Unhealthy food choices and lack of exercise, I find myself at my heaviest weight. The new year I am committed to a new me and have made a commitment to me to get moving and exercise everyday. My goal is to be at my goal weight by my birthday in June. Than once I reach that goal keep tracking so that I don't end up heavier the next time that I start this journey.
