hi all bad news, i suffered a stroke a week ago. in hospital for 5 days. lost use of left hand and have facial numbness. but just like the weight loss i will make a come back. to all my great buds, please say a prayer for me. i hope all is well, and keep up the great work. i love you all. by the way i am maintaining the weight loss good. i feel great with the new bod.

hi all, back from beach up 3 pounds but mostly water because of salty food. not ot worry, will loose it. how is everyone? keeping on track i hope. starting all over tommorrow.
