hello
My name is Oscar, started working out and changed my eating habits back in march. I've lost 29 Kb's since then this seems to be a pretty cool sight for support. Trying to figure out how it works so forgive me if I step on any toes.

Hello Everyone
Hi, my name is Oscar. Trying to figure out this websight seems to be pretty cool, fixing to be 40 in a couple of weeks decided to get healthy back in march, I've lost 29 pounds since then, diets don't work! I've learned its all about changing you eating habits, eat to live, don't live to eat! And plenty of cardio! Good luck to all! I know we can all reach that goal!!!!!

Sugar in your diet.....
I've been told not to eat anything if it did not come from the earth or did not have a mother. Anything else such as artificial sweeteners were worse for your system then sugar.
