I spent 2014 travelling and never learned how to say no to all the free food (and booze) that surrounded me. I started making a change in January and during a travel break during April and May 2015, I really cemented in the change. I finally decided to become vegan, and have been going strong since mid-April 2015. I'm too invested in all the work I have done so far to throw it away now. I know from bitter experience that as soon as I stop paying attention, I'll gain the weight back, so this time I'm not going to stop paying attention. It's a long road ahead...
