A healthy break down is either 40% carbs 40% protein and 20% good fat. Or 45%/40%/15 is also good. Remember that a healthy amount of fat helps you feel satiated. If you are trying to gain muscle mass, you should look into taking branch chain amino acids to feed your muscles, both pre and post workouts.
