Doing marathon work out sessions on Fri/Sat with a couple of friends and forgot to log food, etc for several days. I don't like that. ummm, need to re-evaluate my priorities.

I notice when I am working I go longer w/o eating and drinking H20 then I get very grumpy and want to scarf down the first thing I see. So far I been able to scarf down the correct portion size but it seems to be getting more difficult. :(
