Muscles really burning. I started yesterday (1/8/2011) watching my calorie intake at 1500 and working out. Currently I am working out for a 1/2 hour and I am going to do it 5x's a week. Really feel motivated and hoping that my motivation continues LONG term!!! Hungry still and my body is soooo sore!!!
