Dull headache today and some water retention. Felt this way when i ate almond crackers. Anyone have those type of symptoms from eatting almond flour?

I started on Atkins about 17 years ago and kept that diet for around 4 years. Even though it kept me at my ideal weight of around 132 i was struggling to maintain it with carb cravings still. I had gastrointestinal issues and thought this diet was the problem and started eatting carbs again. I gained almost 30-40 pds in a 10 year period. During that time i developed t2 diabetes. I went back on a low carb diet for 2 years but found i was plateaued at 147 for a year and still desiring carbs. I discovered keto last year and it helped me get past that hump and without the same issues of low energy that i had on atkins diet.

At 921 calories 379 below my 500 deficit and cant eat another bite. Increased fat by adding some sour cream in my cabbage and sausage instead of avocado. Fat=❤️

After a week on keto. Ate around 300 calories in the morning and skipped lunch and ate dinner with a 3 hr eatting window. i have had increased energy no longer wanting an after work nap and also did around 15 mins cardio.
