weekend problem
I see most people and comments focus on how to plan you eating habits. I for one had the same problem. After analysing myself i realize it got nothing to do with food. It is because i am bored. You work all week come weekend all activity stop. Because your mind is not occupied and you start looking for things to do, so you open cupboards and start to nibble, you activate the taste buds and then you are out of control. Stay away from towns and shopping malls, sometime you have the urge to spend money or buy something, and what do you now the hotdog stand appear right in front of youTry to be active, get a hobby, take a walk, don’t sit and watch TV, and if you thing you are hungry eat a fruit or drink water, but stay active, it work. I don’t follow any diet i just control and stay active try to move your mind away from food, as a matter of fact I love food. Be active and be happy.
