aaaaaaarrrrgggggggghhhhhhhhh........who put easter in the way?!!!! Have eaten everything that didn't move today lol - good job the kids keep active!!! Oh well back to it tomorrow and hopefully the damage won't be too bad. Hope you all had a good easter and thanks for all the positive comments. Speak soon ;o)

Hi everybody. This is me back onto weight watchers. I've been on atkins to give my weight loss a kick start but started to get the cramps and general loss of energy. I have done weight watchers very successfully in the past and am glad to be back. I started last saturday and weighed in this morning (being a week since my last weigh in) and I'm very happy to say that even with the transition i have dropped another 4lbs - along with gaining back my energy!! Anyway hope this finds you all happy, healthy and strong. Speak soon ;o)
