I can recommend the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection. Its great for those days you can't get outside. Just pop it in and before you know it you're at the end. Just do it. You'll feel better afterwards.Best of luck.

starting over
Here's to a happier 2016. You can certainly do it with 30" of aerobic exercise 3-4 times a week. And use the food tracker religiously.The Leslie Sansone power walk dvd's work for me. What a nice husband!!!
