anyone using blackberry app?
I first found FS by using my Droid phone so have been using it for a few months. I just started using it on my laptop. It works great on my Droid and when I am not at home, it really helps to be able to log my food, or just look up something so I stay OP.

What can I eat for breakfast?
I am also a Phase 1er...I have read that on Phase 1 we cannot have cottege or Ricotta cheese, so that might not be a good idea to do that with toast (also not allowed on Phase 1). Of course, it's up to you and your body, it may not affect your weight loss, I know it would mine so just wanted to put that out there. I get tired of eggs also, but I do like to make them all different ways. I tried eating some mashed up cauliflower with butter for breakfast and that has been good, plus I am getting veggies in first thing in the morning. I eat with bacon or sausage, so just something else to try instead of eggs.
