I'm Starting pilates and a daily workout. I want to loose a bit more weight not because i'm over weight, but because i want a small little healthy bit of confidence boost.

Dieting.
This is actually slightly random, but i thought i was going to submit this anyway.
So i don't actually weigh a whole whole bunch, and i'm not loosing weight because of the fact that i weigh a lot, but just for health reasons, and to reach my goal, because even though i don't weigh a whole lot i'm still wanting to slim down. I'm working out with just a daily "K-pop Full Body" Workout. For my "Diet" it isn't really a diet, i'm just now starting to count my calories, i'm letting myself eat 1800 calories a day, and i think for every time i make progress, i'll drop it a tiny bit (NOt tiny progress, big progress or if i just don't feel like it's working for me or i need to change it up.) but not till it gets down to somethign crazy like200 claories a day, no i'll go no lower than 1000.
Well i was wondering if if anyone else is doing this, and doing daily workout, and calorie counting to see i'm not alone. 😅😅
