Been away awhile, got discouraged gained 2 pounds gonna give it another try.
I am going to try a less stressful approach to this.
I am way to hard on myself which caused me to drop out last time. Not losing fast enough.

Is following South Beach costly?
I am just starting South Beach and it doesn't seem all that expensive . I was on Fatsmash, that was very expensive and all that fruit really hurt me.
So I am looking forward to SBD.I am not a big meat eater, but day 2 ,I am doing ok.
