what excersizes are best if you want to burn leg fat??

BEST TIME TO EXERCISE?
if you excersize on an empty stomach you burn fat instaed of calories, equaly if you have alot to eat and burn off some calories wait a while so you don't feel sick and then do high energy excersize so if your in a hurry or want to get it over and done with you can burn lots of calories quickly
