Starting Weight is actually 441 lbs. I started using MyFitnessPal, but one of the foods wasn't listed. So I googled it and somehow ended up here. Saw this has a nice community, and I joined up.
I've tried so many diets. I've had success with just about every diet I've tried. The last diet i tried was Keto, it worked, and then a tragedy happened (I lost my mom) and I stopped following my diet (any diet actually), ate what i wanted when i wanted and ballooned up to my heaviest weight of 441 lbs. I always lose focus at some point. Consistency is my weakness.
So, I officially started tracking "AGAIN"on July 26, 2020 and weighed in at 441 lbs. I'm just gonna try to stay consistent with my calorie and macro nutrient counting. Any tips, i'm game.
