ive struggled with eating my whole life. been on every diet i can think of since i started paying attention to what i weigh (age 12)..lowest ive ever been was 107..im currently at my highest weight ever and sick about it..hoping to lose about 30 pounds at a steady rate so it will stay off..not looking for a quick fix..more like a life change.

south beach diet failing when trying phase 1 for the third time?
so ive stopped and restarted SBD about three times in the past year or two.. the first two times i did the diet i lost about 10 pounds after i completed phase one..this time i was just as strict on my eating as the first two times.. and NO WEIGHT IS COMING OFF!!!!

Im so frustrated.. has anyone else had this happen? whats wrong with my body?
