I totally SECOND the HIIT. I actually try to do some form of HIIT whenever I'm doing cardio because you get SO MUCH MORE out of your cardio that way. If you are like me and you freaking hate running, doing it HIIT style will help you see results way faster and you'll know that you're getting the most out of it! Hope that helps!

Calories burned in 1 hour of Piyo?
I just did a little over 1 hour of PiYo tonight and I seriously have never gotten a better workout. It was my first time and I especially loved the core exercises and um, booty exercises. WOW!

Does anyone know how to add it in on the Exercise tracker? OR if anyone knows about how many calories are burned, that works too.

ANd if anyone else here has done PiYo I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Healthy Reward Suggestions???
I was also thinking of getting a purse! I'm the kind of person who carries the same bag pretty much every day, so I may as well get a nice one. But I'm not quite so comfortable dishing out the $ for the one I really really want. So instead of just getting it because I want it, I'm going to to make it a reward for finally doing what I've always wanted to do--making my lifestyle a more active one.

If you're into fashion like me, then I think it would be a GREAT motivator to not buy anything for yourself unless it's an award for an achievement. So yeah...I love the purse idea!
