57 years young, mother + grandmother, put on 50 pounds in the last 15 years and have taken 20-25 off and then put them back on and then some !!!!!!!

If you don't have the weight watcher books that tell you how many points the food is check out the www.dwlz.com website for food point values. If your current weight is less than 150 pounds then you should use 18-23 points a day.
Hope this helps - you can get all the recipes from the weight watchers site for free and check out their message boards for ideas.
