back on atkins, although this time im following it like my life depends on it! so determined. must keep it up. setting myself the challenge to do it for one week religiously then rewards myself with a cheat day (maybe)

Doing slimfast milkshake for breakfast and lunch then atkins for dinner :) my own special combination and it seems to be working. back where i was last time i failed this diet so this time i am desperate to lose these 4 pounds at an absolute minimum! got 8 days till i see my boyfriend, thats possible surely!!

Decided to do some measurements to really see how much weight I lose. All measurement are are at the point of the largest width
Waist (in line with belly button) - 92.5 cm / 36.2 inches
Hips (on pant line) - 97 cm / 38 inches
Chest (under bra line) - 86 cm / 33.6 inches
Thighs (at the top near groin) - 67.5 cm / 26.3 inches
Calves - 40.5 cm / 15.7 inches
Forearm - 28 cm / 10.9 inches
Upper arm - 35.5 cm / 13.9 inches
Lets start losing some of these inches!
