My curiosity is killing me!!!!!
I'm so sorry that you don't have many buddies, I'll be your buddy! I don't update my food diary like I should but hope to change that. It sounds like you need to eat more veggies. Everyday I chop up some veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, celery, snap peas, cucumber & peppers & eat them with some dip. Like gkcfm95 said, you need 12 to 15 net carbs from foundation veggies.

Day One Induction
I'm on my 6th week of induction and have lost about 16 pounds so far! I've tried a few new veggies and am enjoying them. I can actually go to the grocery store and not buy any junk food for myself!

Atkin buddies- induction phase support wanted
Hi all, I'd love to join you as well. I'm on my 4th week of induction. Had a great first two weeks, lost 10.5 lbs, third week was a bit disappointing, lost only .8, but a loss is a loss! I've been enjoying recipes from here and atkins.com. Unfortunately I haven't been good about recording my food or exercising, plan on working on both next week!
