The last couple years has been an emotional rollercoaster for myself and I had started to find comfort in food. About a month ago my sister tried to get me to do Insanity and it was too intense for me. I felt terrible and decided that I wanted to get back in shape like I was when I moved back to the states. I've let myself go for the last 2 years and have decided that it's time to change. I know it's not going to be any easy journey and being a woman my weight will flucuate but like Vince Lombardi says "It's not whether you get knocked down; it's whether you get up." I'm going to be able to do this and I have a great support network to support me through this lifestyle change. I'm so excited to get me back.
