Another successful day! I am so excited! I am going down and I am on my cycle. I have never lost weight while on my cycle and on the contrary I always went up 2 - 5 pds, not this time. I am anxious to get off my cycle so I can see just how much I have truly lost this week. You know, in order to be successful in whatever it is you do....they say you must LOVE what you are doing, whether it a job, hobby, exercise, marriage,etc. Well in this case its your diet. Whether it be atkins, SB, or whatever. You MUST be comfortable with the way you are handling your diet. To me, Atkins is the best one for ME. There might be other out there right for a different person. My advice is, if you are literally killing yourself on this diet its not going to work. Its all about a positive attitude and there is no way you can succeed on your weight loss goal if you have a negative attitude towards your diet. I tried diet after diet, you know counting calories, etc but it wasn't until after I read The Weight Loss Cure, (highly recommend)I saw everything in a different light. That's when I decided I couldn't do what the book recommended but I could do the next best thing, get rid of carbs. The food industries way of getting us hooked and obese so we can continue to make them wealthy, them being (food chains, doctors, etc)
I am very happy with my decision and hope that all of you out there realize the trap you are in. Find the way out, fight your cravings, its not your fault. You deserve your happiness, health and fitness back. Once you realize what your enemies are (carbs) you will be on your path to success. Carbs are just one more temptation out there to ruin your life, and they aren't worth it! Good luck to all of you find the positive moment in each day and strive for positive feeling each and every day.
