Weight Loss Porn
I had a rude awakening when I started tracking the sugar in my diet. Perhaps your son is one who is sensitive to sugar, too. Did you know, for instance, that a cup of milk has 12 grams of sugar? I have felt better and had better blood sugar readings since I reduced my sugar. The weight loss has been slow because I fall off the sugar wagon too often and am still getting used to all the water I need to be drinking, but I know that is the answer for me and perhaps it is the answer for him as well.
