Really want to drop this weight, I am drinking special k protein shake and I really love it. Trying very hard to reach my goal of losing at least 50 lbs hopefully by the end of this year. I’ve been stuck on weighing over 200 lbs, really sucks, I’m motivated now because I have some that tease me about my weight, but I really want to show these ppl who make fun of me that I can do it and I currently am doing yoga and love it. Everyone on here I am very motivated by you. If you can do it, I feel I can succeed. Thank you guys . Let’s keep positive. 🤗🤗🤗
