Would you still diet on your birthday?
While I don't let holidays or special occasions turn to a gluttonous 10,000 calorie binge, I do allow myself to enjoy the day without fretting over every bite I take. I guess I am doing well enough implementing my lifestyle changes that I can enjoy an indulgence, and enjoy it thoroughly, without falling back into my old lifestyle.

If you can keep it in perspective, then by all means enjoy your birthday, have a big piece of cake for those of us whose birthday it is not, then get back on track the next day.

Lose leg fat?
There really is no exercise that will "target" fat loss in a particular area of your body. Choose a diet method that will result in fat loss, and your body will use fat stores from all fat stores.

What you can do is work on toning the muscle in your legs. The advice given by Bbody is good advice to follow. Don't become discouraged because it is not a quick process. Stick with it and you will see.
