watching my diet very carefully. I have started a medication pill to lower my A1C. I am determined to get a handle on this. Apparently sugar is not working for me in any good way. I found out fruits which i thought were ok in moderation, I simply cannot process. (canteloupe, watermelon)

Retest for cancer this past week!! I am cancer free. Thank you God, I am grateful. Now in a pre diabetic state, checking blood sugars 6 times a day.
My weight loss seems to have stalled. I have been on a hormonal up and down and now the diabetes possibility. STRESS what stress... Just another hurdle. It is good to know my diet is correct and my stall may be just the hormonal hoops by body is putting me thru. Back to Dr. this week for recheck on blood sugars and another blood workup in August after hormones are supposedly back to normal. Keeping the faith. It was good to hear Dr. say my diet is healthy and good.
