My name is Joanne and I am 60 years old. About 4 years ago, I weighed 213 lbs. In one year I lost approximately 90lbs using Fatsecret and exercising regularly. I kept it off for two years. But in the last year, due to injuries and family issues, I managed to put 30lbs back on. I recently decided to get back on the program and get back to my fighting weight, so to speak. Determined to get back into all those clothes I bought when I lost my weight.
