I am a child of God, wife, and mom. I have been following a ketogenic WOE, which has completely changed my life. I originally lost 130 pounds in just over a year by following a keto lifestyle, and then I maintained it for a full year after. I recently decided to up my protein levels, which had an immediate and negative effect on my weight, contributing to gaining back about 50 pounds. As I go into the new year, I plan is to rededicate myself to the basics of a keto lifestyle in order to get myself back on track and to feel my best again. I am blessed to have a very supportive family, which also lives a low carb lifestyle.
