How to lose 14 lbs in 4 weeks?
Ok, yes I have realized this plan is a bit unhealthy so I have decided to try a 1200-1300 calories. I won't go under 1200 so my body doesn't go into starvation mode. I think it's a reasonable number, but I don't think I'll be counting calories, I've just prestimated which foods I can eat.

Here's the *new* and hopefully improved plan:

Breakfast - oat bran, ground flax, skim milk, orange juice
Snack - apple, banana, kiwi, greek yogurt
Lunch - tomato soup, rye crispbread
Snack - protein smoothie
Dinner - sweet potato, spinach, radish, broccoli

Also once every two weeks I will have salmon in the form of sushi. Occasionally might snack on some nuts like pisstachios or almonds too.

And I will exercise 30 mins every day.

Is this a better plan?
For me, eating differently is not as big of a problem as finding energy and motivation to exercise..I'm also not sure how effective a protein shake is for weight loss and if I should cut it out and just have a bowl of multigrain cheerios or something.

How to lose 14 lbs in 4 weeks?
I'm currently 134 ish lbs (I say ish because I haven't had access to a scale in about two weeks , and then was 136.5 and was dieting a good two weeks).
I'm 5'7", 18

How can I lose 14 lbs in 4 weeks?
How many calories should I consume a day (do not give me numbers like 1300+ because I would honestly gain weight or stay exactly the same on a diet like that)
And how many hours a week should I exercise?

Thanks !
Specific diet plans would be helpful, consider that I also am not eating meat of any kind, cheese, nuts, peanut butter, cheese, dressing, milk, or junk food.
