I'm a mom with five kids - four boys and a girl. I own my own business and the last year has been especially stressful and I have put on about 30lbs in the last year that I would love to get rid of! I feel tired, I keep getting injuries and I don't feel young and energetic like I usually do. I am looking forward to starting Salsa dance lessons on April 1st with my husband and my little brother is getting married at the end of May, so I have some incentive to get going. Once I have momentum, I usually do pretty well. Have always considered myself an athlete and having a hard time accepting this body I am living in right now. Just joined a challenge and looking forward to success!
