Problems with Starting Exercise Program and Atkins
Thanks everyone. I definitely think I needed more food since I was running and nursing. I took off all of last week from exercising (as I just can't imagine eating anything more). Now that I've rested, I definitely feel much better. And I started back with the broth (I'm already taking my vitamins: multi, omega 3, B complex, D3). Since I only plan to nurse for 2 more months, I think I'll just hold off on anything too strenuous until then. Maybe I'll give pilates a try for now and see if I can handle that.

Why don't you move up to OWL? ...

Well, the hubby and I have a lot of weight to lose, so we were thinking of staying in induction for 4 weeks to get a bigger jumpstart and to really lick our cravings.

Yeah, I'm not sure if it's Atkins flu or the ADD low energy. Too bad I can't take ADD meds right now (I'm still nursing my baby for 2 more months). I'll try the broth for now and see if that helps.

Thanks!

Problems with Starting Exercise Program and Atkins
Hi all. I'm starting my 4th week of induction, and I tried to begin an exercise routine last week (run/walking) which I've done in the past. Well, I made it through a week's worth of exercise and then completely hit a wall in terms of energy. I've been completely wiped out this week.

I was wondering if I need to wait until I move to OWL or what? Oh, I should also note that I have ADD, so I sometimes have problems with low energy levels.
