For those of you following Weight Watchers and using Fat Secret...
Good morning everyone,
How is it working for you entering your calories and also using weight watchers? Is it a ton of calories to follow the flex program or the Simply Filling?
I used to do Weight watchers and liked it but i may have been eating too much.

Water intake
Lovelace do you find the water does anything for you other than keep you fuller? I am bad at water and would love a motivating reason to force myself to drink more!
