Keep going no matter what!
I am so thrilled to say that I've lost 54 lbs since starting Atkins in August of last year! I constantly get feedback about how good I look, and my response (after a buch of thank yous) is persistence is the key, NOT perfection. I can truly say that staying with the low carb eating has literally saved me! I struggled for years with countless eating plans/diets, but this is the only thing that has worked so well and given me the results that I have longed for (i.e. bye bye belly fat!). So, onward I go...full speed ahead towards my goal!
