I AM 33 YEARS OLD, HAPPILY MARRIED WITH 1 CHILD. I AM IN THE UNITED STATES ARMY, AND HAVE BEEN A SOLIDER FOR OVER 10 YEARS. I HAVE BEEN DEPLOYED TO IRAQ TWICE AND AFGHANISTAN ONCE SO FAR. I AM DOING THIS AS I NEED SOME HELP. I DO WELL ON THE ARMY PT TEST, DOING 70 TO 80 PUSHUPS, 60 TO 70 SITUPS IN 2 MIN AND BEING ABLE TO RUN 2 MILES IN ABOUT 15 MIN FLAT. HOWEVER, I STILL STRUGGLE WITH MY WEIGHT AS I WEIGH 203 AND WOULD LIKE TO WEIGH IN THE 180'S. WE DO PT EVERY MORNING (MON-FRI) AND I RUN ON THE TREAD MILL EVERY NIGHT AND ON SATURDAY MORNINGS AT 6MPH FOR 60 MIN SO I END UP BURNING AROUND 1000 CAL IN A HOUR AT MY NIGHT PT SESSIONS. I BELIEVE THAT MY DIET IS MY PROBLEM AS MY CALORIE INTAKE IS AROUND 1000 A DAY AND I ONLY EAT AT DINNER AND THEN MAYBE A SNACK AFTER THAT. I SURVIVE THE DAY ON MONSTER ENERGY DRINKS LOL ANYWAY, I HOPE THIS ONLINE THING WILL BE ABLE TO HELP ME ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS.
