I am 31 years old. I have steadily been gaining weight since college. I blame most of it on sitting a a desk and eating lunch out every day. I have had 3 children in 3 years and although I have lost all of my pregnancy weight (I never gained all that much with each one), I still need to loose! I have been successful with weight watchers in the past but I find the secret is in planning. For some reason I find it hard to plan ahead that much...3 little ones and a husband...I can't imagine why!?! LOL! I am determined to get this 50 lbs off! Please be my support line!
