I am 23 years old and I would like to lose 15-20lbs!
I'm an athletic person, in high school I played 3 sports and weighed between 125 and 130 when I graduated. I played soccer in college and kept active but gained about 10-15lbs weighing around 140 when I graduated in May 2010. I am still an active person exercising 3-4 times a week but don't eat as well as I should, too much cheating :) I would like to get in a little more cardio and tone up some. So here I am on fatsecert trying to do just that!
Once I am back down to 135-140 I think I will be able to maintain reasonably well, just need to get there first.
