58 years old Full time RN with Henry Ford Nephrology, I manage two clinics for the nephrology dept. Fairlane & Taylor. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 35 years, and I have one daughter who recently got married after 9 year courtship, and two grandsons 4 y/o (AJ) & 13 y/o (Tony), they keep my life full of suprizes. I have legal custody of my 84 y/o mother with Alzheimer's Disease, which can be very trying at times dealing with her mental and physical changes. My husband and I also care for his 91 y/o aunt who lives alone. In my spare time if I have any I love to go boating,swimming, I like to paint; landscapes mostly, I love to travel,take cruise, and spend time with my girlfriends, and most of all spend time playing with A.J & Tony who kick my butt in all video games. I'm continuing my education, and just received my BSN, and I am planning to continue this fall for my Master in Healthcare Administration "God willing". So I need as much energy as I can get, and dragging around this extra spare tire is slowing me down. So Fatsecret Pleeeeze help me take it away!!!!!!!!

Day two I got up earlier today and did 15 minute of light yoga. & parked further away from the bulding even though I had to sprint into the building due to the down pour. All in all I feel good about my effords.
